For nurses
What it costs you, and what stays private.

What does it cost me?
Nothing. There is no charge to join, to publish, or to be booked, and no commission on your fee. Auria charges the organization fifteen percent on top of your price instead.

So how does Auria make money from my booking?
The organization pays your price plus fifteen percent. If you ask for two hundred dollars, you are owed two hundred dollars and they are charged two hundred and thirty. Your fee is not touched.

Is there a minimum I have to charge?
No. Fifty dollars is the smallest booking Auria suggests, and it is a suggestion on your own screen, not a rule. Nothing stops you saving a lower price, and you can publish a service with no price at all, which shows as “fee agreed with each client”. Either way the number itself is shown to you and to approved organizations, not to anonymous visitors.

How long does the profile take?
Six steps. It saves as you go, you can stop partway and come back, and nothing publishes until you say so. Photographs, media links and credential expiry dates are added from your profile afterwards rather than inside the six steps.

Do you store my license number?
No. Not the whole number and not the last four digits. Nothing in Auria has ever written it. That also means nothing automatic can confirm you are a nurse, so a person reads every profile before it goes live.

What is never shown on my page?
Your sign-in email, your ZIP code and any time you have spent away from practice. Your ZIP is used to match you to work near you; only your state and metro area appear. The equipment you use and the patient groups you work with are not on your public page either.

Then why do you ask about equipment and patient groups?
So a client can be told how many nurses match what they are looking for, as a number. Neither field is something an organization can search on, and no search on Auria will ever return you because of them. One exception, and it is worth reading twice: an organization the founder has approved specifically for research can see those fields against your name. A brand account cannot, and no visitor to your page can.

Why do I need three photographs?
Because a page a buyer will not look at is not worth having, and on a profile like this the photograph is the first thing they see. Three is a requirement before publishing, enforced by the database rather than by a form.

Can I take my page down?
Yes, at any time. Closing your account is a separate thing: it takes your profile off the public site and stops you signing in, and it is not deletion. Nothing is erased, and Auria says so rather than calling it delete.

Can I get paid through Auria today?
No, not yet. There is no checkout and Auria holds no money. A booking request reaches the founder, who arranges it with you and the organization directly. What is already settled is the part that matters: your fee is yours, permanently.
For organizations
What you get, and what you cannot do.

Can I browse a list of nurses?
Not until you are approved. There is no public list and no way to search nurses without an account. Once your application is approved you can search published profiles by specialty, work setting, state, service and price, and what you see on each nurse depends on what your account was approved for.

What does an account cost?
Nothing to apply or to hold. You pay fifteen percent on top of a nurse’s published price when you book her. No retainer, no monthly minimum, no charge per lead.

What are the two kinds of account?
Brand and partnerships, and research. Both can search published profiles and see the prices nurses have set, neither of which is shown to the public. On top of that, a partnerships account is approved to see a nurse’s audience size on each platform. A research account is approved to see the patient groups she works with and the equipment she uses, and no follower count on any platform. You can hold both, and which you hold is granted when your application is read rather than chosen by you.

Why can I not just sign up?
Because what an account may see is decided at approval, not by a box you tick yourself. An application is read individually.

How will I know I have been approved?
Sign back in and open your account page. Auria is not sending approval emails yet, so check back rather than waiting for one.

What am I agreeing to?
Three separate things, on the screen above the button rather than behind a link. You will not copy, export, scrape or bulk-collect what you see. You will not use what you learn here to find, match or identify a nurse in another database. And you agree to the full terms. You agree once, when you apply, not per booking.

How do I pay?
Not through Auria yet. There is no checkout, no card processing and no money held or released by Auria. Today the fee, the agreement and payment are settled with you directly. When payment opens you will see two lines, never one number: the nurse’s fee, then the Auria fee.

Auria has no support address and no contact form yet. Rather than print one that nobody reads, here is what does reach a person today: a nurse who submits her page for review has it read by the founder, a nurse herself, before it goes live, and an organization that applies for an account has its application read individually. Neither is a way to ask a question. When there is an address, it will be on this page.
